The management at DWA cannot stress the importance more clearly that it is every member of staffs responsibility to be cleared head before starting work each day. If you are ill or under the influence of either drugs and/or alcohol then you cannot execute your duties properly with respect to the health and safety of our patrons. Please acknowledge that you understand this clearly by digitally signing the declaration of wellness below.
